I wanted to try combining parts of my plaster and wax process along with an assemblage-style piece. This is the result.
The outer frame is the interior of an art canvas. Sans canvas. The postcard is from a vintage collection I inherited (soooo NOT PC!) and initially was going to scan but felt it just needed the original. Other elements include found metal objects, nails, remnant of repousse metal, plaster, text transfers, acrylic paint and wax.
